Three women

Three women

Three women. Three territorialities of origin. Three business cultures. Monteserico represents the love, strength and resourcefulness of three young women, who strongly believed in the quality of Italian products. And, even more, those of a vast geographical area of Appulo-Lucan, a land rich in crops and food and wine productions of the highest quality. The dedication to the cult of work, jealously handed down by those who preceded them, and the passion for the enhancement of products of great excellence, has been able to create a perfect alchemy. An ambitious business and cultural project, which passes through an important path of internationalization.

Two from Puglia and one from Lombardy. Milena, from Altamura, with decades of experience in baking and bakery products. She is patient and stubborn, like the wonderful land where she was born. She is the "operating arm" of the team. She is always ready to mediate, between innovation and pragmatism. Sara, from Bergamo, successfully dedicated to corporate strategies and business management. She is the only one from the north and from that territory, the Italian economic engine, she brings her innate managerial talent as a dowry. Valentina, from Bari, expert in communication, public relations and events. Having a unique place to live may not be enough when you have to produce and she, with her talent, traces the best paths to make it coherent, dynamic and attractive.

A mix of skills, professional and life experiences, at the service of a young and ambitious company, so that each product is characterized by the rigorous choice of the best raw materials and by the careful observance of production and preparation techniques, which combine tradition with most advanced technologies. All packaged with attention to detail, so that it is representative of the beauty of the territory of origin, a vast area comprising hundreds of hectares of Puglia and Basilicata, and of the identity style of three women and their collaborators. A well-tested and highly experienced working group, made up of farmers, oenologists, millers, logistics, marketing and communication experts.
