From an ancient family history, a pasta rich in fine grains from Puglia and Basilicata, the favorite daughter of a noble and harsh land. Cervillo oil
Natural heir of a millenary tradition, Cervillo extra virgin olive oil was born in 1972 in the Valle d'Itria, in Puglia, in one of the ancient districts of this magical land, thanks to the intuition of an enlightened professor, who built here his estate. An inexhaustible passion, which translates into a superior quality oil, produced with the ancient method of cold pressing, to preserve the same quality of the past.
